Elizabeth has served as an expert witness in environmental cases and has executed environmentally-challenged industrial dispositions for Tyco Electronics, Safety Kleen and Builders Transport. Elizabeth is a proven leader in Industrial Ecology and Eco-Industrial Development. As an entrepreneur who's every success
hinges on uniting government and industry goals, she has utilized to the maximum the unique freedoms and opportunities
offered to her in this role. She pioneered the Environmental Protection Agency's first private-sector Brownfield Pilot
project in the United States. The U.S. Chapter of The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) chose Elizabeth as the
best American candidate. Also the FIABCI World Assembly in Belgium elected her as U.S. representative to the
International Legislative & Environmental Forum. For five consecutive terms, Elizabeth has been re-elected to The
National Association of Realtors (NAR) Land Use, Property Rights and Environment national committee.
Elizabeth was selected to teach the Industrial Real Estate Graduate School
Class for Clemson University on November 8, 2004.

SIOR network includes nearly 300 members in 480 markets in 20 countries in 6

Elizabeth Belenchia as International Advisory
Council. She will be responsible for expanding membership
internationally and will be seeking Qualified Industrial Specialists.
The first member was from Turkey with subsequent members representing Greece
and Belgium.

articles. For instance she was quoted in two articles in the GSA
Business newspaper. The first article was about West Side development

the largest office parks & buildings and was the 22nd Largest Commercial
Real Estate Firm. Elizabeth has also been quoted twice in SIOR's
publication "Professional Report". She was quoted in the
Winter 2005 publication on page 27 on Brownsfields and was quoted in the
Spring 2005 publication on page 9 on the Rail System. Additionally, in
July 2004, Elizabeth was quoted in "Real Estate Finance and
Investment" on Brownsfields.
In May 2005 Elizabeth Belenchia earmarked her $100 conference fee towards
a scholarship at Columbia College. In February 2005 Elizabeth
pioneered 'The Total Property ExperienceTM" (see www.totalpropertyexperience.com)
and in June, she developed "Carroll Properties Business Centers"

Elizabeth attended the BMW Golf Pro-Am. You can see her on our
